In the first stage, our training service focuses on finding training needs and objectives including research client organization to design the most appropriated training course in terms of tailored made. Interestingly, client can participate in pre-training step to modify the effective training course.
Providing the completed and excellent service during training is essential. Organizing training room and location and tools are our responsibility. We are the client assistant until the training is completed comfortably.

Stage 3
After training day, training evaluation cannot be overlooked. 360 degree feedback has been used to evaluate client satisfaction and improvement in participants, trainer and organizer. From the evaluation, we have a follow-up process by using assessment and workshop.
